|
Pierrette Leclaire has had a successful career as an enamellist. She attracts attention with her own style, she inspires respect by her astonishing creativity, developing multiple and varied forms and producing works with brilliant richness.
Always pushed by the same creative strength, she decided to apply her talent to another art form, Painting, where she has distinguished herself at several exhibitions.
|
After taking a master class in a new art called Acrylurs she decided to come forward with it.
Acrylurs is the result of many decades of research and fertile development which guided
Suzette Urs in a new art as an avant garde trek into the new millennium.
The crystal clarity of Acrylurs enhances reality, images appear to break the surface tension of the acrylic sheet, direct to the mind's eye.
Stunning beauty in the old world tradition. Craftsmanship in the style of Fabergé, Cartier, and Tiffany, is completed on materials selected to enrapture art lovers throughout the coming millennium and beyond.
Acrylurs is a two dimensional image created on the surface of sheets of crystal clear acrylic with layered airbrushed acrylic paint and laminated gold and silver leafing in reverse side painting. Acrylic surface, unlike glass, gives a stunning brilliance to the paint.
Pierrette Leclaire has just come out in this new mode of artistic expression to explore and develop , thus complementing and enhancing her talents and her career in enamels and painting.
In this new art, she challenges herself like she always has at each stage of her career as an artist and today she offers her first works in Acrylurs , the first fruits of a new stage of her creativity.
